BUSINESS ANALYSIS

The very first step in our process is to get to know you. Everything from your brand style to the variety of products and prices that you offer helps us understand who we're targeting and how you want your business to be perceived.

This usually takes place over a meeting where we'll ask you a series of questions and go over any material you might already have - websites, social media, style guides, graphic design assets, etc. 

BUYER / USER PERSONA

Before we can begin the process of attracting high quality organic or paid traffic to your website, we have to understand who that traffic consists of and what their life and psychology might look like.

The highest level of user experience and search behavior analysis always starts here - we develop user or buyer personas that give us insight into what your ideal client should look and think like. What do they want to see? How do they prefer to interact? What do they need to develop trust?

PROJECT PROPOSAL

Once we understand you and your ideal client, we'll make a proposal with our recommended work items, projects, and needs. This includes a timeline for campaign set-up, ongoing work, and a reporting schedule as well as the estimated potential traffic received and the estimated value of that traffic.

Our proposals will always focus on your business goals and priorities and present information to you in simple and informative  formats.

ONGOING WORK / REPORTING

Once we begin a campaign or job for you, you'll have a reporting schedule which we'll follow to present you with information about the project progress. This includes deliverables, important metrics like traffic, conversions, and value estimates, and the status of sections of your websites and any relevant recommendations. 

Blog posts and content alterations will be scheduled and delivered on their due dates. We will typically aim to have content ready at least a day in advance so that you can review it and give us feedback on anything that could need to change before going out.

About Me

I started my digital marketing and SEO journey in 2016 when a friend and I decided to start a software development business together. He was our head programmer, and I was taking care of the business side of things - marketing included. I started small, handling our in-house SEO and PPC campaigns as best I could with no prior knowledge and experience. That work quickly turned into a bit of an obsession and I found myself consuming every bit of content I could that would help me push the needle forward and make our traffic and conversion numbers go up. In the 8 years since then I've taken a wealth of courses and certificates and worked with a wide array of clients that have helped me learn the ins and outs of digital marketing across almost every industry.
